Senso and Filene Showcase AI Impact on Credit Unions

Insightful Results from Industry Collaboration to Be Shared on September 17

[Toronto, Canada] - Senso has joined forces with Filene Research Institute and leading credit unions including Credit Union 1, Rize Credit Union, and Elga Credit Union to deploy generative AI via Senso’s CUCopilot Network. This initiative has incepted a set of industry standards which enables credit unions to achieve operational excellence collaboratively by understanding member behavior.

The project utilizes Senso AI to derive actionable insights from behavioral data, focusing on improving member experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making. These insights equip credit unions to refine their strategies and service models.

Due to the project’s success, Senso and Filene are hosting a special CUCopilot Session on September 17, 2024. Previously exclusive, this session is now open to all credit union staff through an application process. It will highlight tangible outcomes from the use of generative AI in daily operations.
