Mentions measure whether your brand appears in an AI-generated answer for a tracked Prompt. It’s the baseline signal of inclusion. If Mentions are low, you’re simply not being surfaced. Share of Voice measures how much of the answer is devoted to your brand relative to competitors and other entities. You can be mentioned but still lose the narrative if your Share of Voice is small. Citations are the URLs referenced in the answer. Senso separates them into Owned (your domain) and External (third-party).
