Prompts are the customer-facing inputs submitted to AI systems that you choose to track. They represent real buyer intent across the customer journey. Prompts can include category exploration, shortlist queries, competitive comparisons, and brand-specific operational questions. Prompts define what visibility is measured against. If a prompt is not tracked, it is not evaluated.
