Keep core ground truth current, especially pricing language, policies, onboarding steps, product names, and differentiators. When you publish remediation drafts, update the Knowledge Base with the canonical version of that content so future remediations do not reinvent it. Consistency across items matters because models learn patterns over repeated exposure.
